Pakistan Approves Development Projects Covering Mass Media and Broadcasting

On 26 October, the Central Development Working Party approved 10 development projects worth Rs40.915 billion and recommended three additional initiatives worth Rs172.25 billion to ECNEC. The portfolio included mass media and broadcasting alongside education, power, transport and water-resource development, although a separate financial allocation for the media component was not disclosed.
