Lebanon Opens Wastewater Network Expansion Procurement

The Council for Development and Reconstruction has invited bids for complementary sewage-collection network works connected to the Zahle and Aitanit wastewater treatment plants under the World Bank-funded GATE programme. Bids are due on 23 November 2026, and the tender-document fee is $300; the construction contract value has not been disclosed. Civil engineering contractors, pipeline specialists and equipment suppliers can pursue the project; HPC can support tender preparation and subcontractor sourcing.
