A €1 million decarbonisation project at the RSTC Building in Dundalk reached its tender deadline on 2 November 2026. The planned works include a bivalent air-source heat pump, solar PV installation, building-management controls and associated mechanical and electrical upgrades. The project creates opportunities for renewable-energy contractors and sustainability specialists.
