Costamare Discloses US$1.4 Billion in Vessel Financing Agreements

On 28 October 2026, Costamare announced approximately US$1.4 billion in bilateral financing agreements with US, European and Asian banks, including a new US$92 million loan agreement for two vessels. The company stated that the financing arrangements support refinancing and extend debt maturities, while its containership fleet had approximately US$6 billion in contracted revenue.
